About David McDonald
Co-Owner / NARI Certified Remodeler
After moving to the United States in the early 90’s from Australia, David worked in many different areas of remodeling and construction until opening Raymac remodeling with friend and business partner Ramone Frangi in 1998.With experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas relating to construction and an upbringing in a small business family, David has a keen sense for quality and in particular customer service. His roles in the company range from first contact with clients thru to the finalization and completion of projects and ensures that all of Raymac’s clients are satisfied with all services purchased.He holds a certified remodeler (CR) certification with the NARI association and takes pride in continuing education to advance his knowledge and give the best service possible to clients.
About Ramon Frangi
Co-Owner / Lead Carpenter
Born and educated locally in Atlanta, Ramon followed in his father’s footsteps and gained knowledge and interest in many different areas of remodeling and construction. During his upbringing, Ramon worked with his father during breaks in school. After high school, the only interests Ramon had involved things in the building industry. The 11 years of experience yielded a career opportunity and Raymac Remodeling was started with friend and business partner David McDonald in 1998.With experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas relating to construction, Ramon has taken on the role of Lead Carpenter at Raymac Remodeling and oversees the duties at a number of job sites daily. His roles in the company range from daily contact with clients, overseeing all phases of construction of their project, management of all field employees, thru to the finalization and completion of projects. He takes pride in continuing education to advance his knowledge and give the best product possible to clients.
About Shannon Shively
Design and Project Management
Born and raised in Atlanta, Shannon has spent the last 15 years in the industry, starting with an architecture firm in Lawrenceville and joining the Raymac team in 2010. At Raymac Remodeling, Shannon serves as the primary point of contact for clients, organizing and managing the project calendars and ensuring every facet of the operation runs smooth.
About Tommy Heard
Sales Consultant
Tommy has called North Georgia his home for his entire life. From an early age, he was brought up in the homebuilding industry by his father. His decades of experience in finish carpentry translated to a successful run as the owner/operator of a cabinetry company. Before joining Raymac Remodeling, Tommy worked for over 15 years as an estimator for an insurance restoration firm.
About Taylor Harris
Taylor has been in the remodeling industry since he was ten years old, gaining extensive on-site learning while going to work with his father on every job site, starting from small projects to now running job sites on his own. Taylor establishes relationships with all parties involved in the construction process, which helps to facilitate harmonious working relationships during the project. Taylor is skilled at prompt conflict resolution and can bring a very cohesive working environment to ensure tasks remain on schedule.
About Jenny
Specializing in architectural CAD drawings and design, Jenny has 19 years of experience in the design industry working in both residential and commercial spaces. She received a B.S. in Interior Design and minor in Art from Mississippi State University. Jenny’s specialties include Chief Architect, Microstation, and 20/20 Design. She has extensive experience producing 2-D and 3-D full color renderings, kitchen and bath design, residential conceptual space planning, site measuring, specifying and ordering fixtures/finish materials, and creating a complete set of construction drawings for permits and Chief Architect training.
About Jimmy
Project Manager
Jimmy was born and raised in Georgia and is a fourth generation carpenter. Jimmy started his apprenticeship by helping his dad during summer break when he was only 9 years old!  He has operated construction businesses over the years, working in every facet of carpentry from framing to trim work. Jimmy enjoys developing relationships with our clients and takes great pride in the small details of every project he manages.
About Darryl
Project Manager
Also a Georgia native, Darryl started in construction when he was 16, building decks as a summer job. Darryl enjoyed seeing the end results of his hard work and accomplishments, and knew from then he wanted to be a carpenter and immediately gravitated towards fast-paced projects. Before landing in the residential construction – where he finds the more personal relationships with clients rewarding – Darryl worked several years in the commercial industry. There, he learned many facets of construction through apprenticeship positions and working with tradesmen, working with some of the finest craftsmen in the Atlanta area. Darryl later moved towards project management, and has been a superintendent for more than 15 years. Most of all, Darryl sincerely appreciates the smiles from clients at the close of a project.
About Gabriel
Project Manager
Gabriel has extensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, quality control, cost control, safety, and adherence to applicable building codes. While being in the industry for over twenty five years, he he has amassed experience in blueprint reading layout, framing, and finishing of typical projects: including remodeling homes, room additions, basements, kitchens and bathrooms. Gabriel is adept at clearly explaining steps, providing clear directions, and answering questions about construction processes to employees and subcontractors.
About Matt Thompson
Project Manager
 Matt grew up around the Gainesville, GA area he has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years and is well experienced in all phases of construction particularly focusing on high end remodeling. He started with Raymac several years ago and holds a project manager position where he is responsible for the overall performance and successful management of each project.
About Justin Baker
Project Manager
Justin has lived in the Cumming, GA area and grew up around the construction industry. Justin’s introduction to construction was through hands on field experience for over ten years. He is now responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting, and managing the construction schedule of each project.
